Beyond technical work, I am deeply passionate about leadership, youth empowerment and creating inclusive opportunities for young professionals in space sciences. I believe leadership is about creating pathways for others to grow, thrive and lead. This drives me to mentor newcomers entering the sector, guide students through research and career choices, and review CVs and motivation letters free of charge. I support mentees in academic writing, from papers to LinkedIn articles, and help them prepare for conferences and public speaking. I connect them with the right people and opportunities, encourage entrepreneurial thinking, and deliver free training and presentations to the next generation of space innovators.
